"This is absolutely crazy. My wife and I have been with this company for about a couple years. We only had one claim and that was a part of our car that was stolen. That was replaced so it wasn't our fault. And that's another story because we had such a terrible experience getting our car fixed. But now twice they have exorbitantly raised our insurance premium, and doing so even without giving us previous notification.
