"I didn't have a great experience with this location. My initial call with Patrick went well and I received a quote quickly, but after that, I couldn't get ahold of the office and kept getting the answering machine.

I called multiple times over several days with no success, so I decided to just go with a different State Farm agent. Only then did I get a call back from Patrick, who said it was "laughable" that I decided to go with a different agent for this reason."
